Felizmente, há lugares em Lisboa que prevalecem ao avançar dos tempos e este exemplo é perfeito. O Arco Escuro, a antiga porta do Mar na Cerca Moura continua igual a ele próprio. Aqui por cima, o desenho original de Roque Gameiro no inicio do séc. XX
Fortunately, there are still places in Lisbon that stand the test of time and this is one of them. The Dark Arch, an ancient gate in the Mourish Wall is still pretty much the same as we look to the original sketch by Roque Gameiro done in early 20th century.
No meu desenho, feito debaixo de um calor infernal, as diferenças não passam de mais uns fios electricos e uns candeeiros e claro, ainda me falta algum talento para conseguir chegar aos calcanhares do desenho de cima ;)
In my sketch, made under a boiling heat, the differences are merely some cables and some street lamps, and of course, I still lack some talent to match the sketch above ;)
